Penalties
Guilty party pays for all, or
- dragon tile set penalty: if an opponent has 2 sets of dragon tile revealed and you discard a tile of the 3rd dragon and causes s/he to win, you pay for everyone.
- wind tile set penalty: if an opponent has 3 sets of wind tile revealed and you discard a tile of the 4th wind and causes s/he to win, you pay for everyone.
- point limit penalty: the limit is 5 points; if an opponent has 4 points on his exposed tiles and you discard any tile that increases the point and causes s/he to win, you pay for everyone.
- pure one suit pieces penalty: if an opponent has 3 or 4 sets of one suit revealed and you discard a tile of the same suit and causes s/he to win, you must pay for everyone if the winning hand is a pure suit.
- pure green suit penalty: if an opponent has 3 or 4 sets of one suit and the green dragon revealed and you discard a tile of the same suit and causes s/he to win, you must pay for everyone.
- pure red suit penalty: if an opponent has 3 or 4 sets of one suit and the red dragon revealed and you discard a tile of the same suit and causes s/he to win, you must pay for everyone.
- pure white suit penalty: if an opponent has 3 or 4 sets of one suit and the white dragon revealed and you discard a tile of the same suit and causes s/he to win, you must pay for everyone.
- pure terminals penalty: if an opponent has 3 or 4 sets of terminal triplets shown and you discard a terminal tile and causes s/he to win, you must pay for everyone.
- fresh tile penalty: there are fewer than 7 tiles remaining in the wall excluding the last 15 tiles that are meant to be untouched. If you discard a fresh tile (one not previously discarded) causes s/he to win with that discarded tile, you pay for everyone.
maxiumn penalty: if you wrongly declare you've won, the hand ends and you pay everyone 64 chips.
